  1.     In this exercise, you need to keep your eyes closed all the time.
  1. Secondly you should look down as much possible until your eyes have closed fully. By doing this, you should feel a slight pull.
  2. Once you feel that, stay in that position for 5 seconds.
  3. After five seconds, keep your eyes closed and try to look upwards as far as you can. You should feel a slight pull again.
  4. The rule is to hold for 5 seconds again and let it relax.

Exercise 3 –

1.     In this exercise, you need to keep both your eyes open.
2.     You must keep your head straight and steady, and look in front.
3.     Now, keep your head as still as you can and then look upwards for the next few seconds.
4.     You should do the same while looking downwards.
5.     By calculating and measuring up to 6 times, you should continue with this exercise.
6.     Once you are done looking up and down, try looking left and right.

Exercise 4 –

1.     In this exercise, you will need to squeeze the muscles of your face as if you are scowling.
2.     As you hold yourself in that position, you should try bringing your eyebrows downwards. They should be nearer to your eyes.
3.     After that, you should open your eyes and lift both the brows as much as possible.
4.     You should try working on this exercise at least 6 times.

Exercise 5

1.     The first thing to do in this exercise is to close your eyes as tight as you can.
2.     After that, you have to lift both your eyebrows as much as possible.
3.     Hold for a few seconds and make sure not to open your eyes.
4.     Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times.
5.     Do this three times a day to maximize results.
